Hi everyone 📢 I wanted to make an announcement for the business.
Beginning May 1st, I will start weighing clients pups as they come in for grooming. ⚖️
I bought a live stock scale to ensure fairness among clients. One big thing that I look to, in order to quote pups for grooming prices, is their weight. 🐾
One reason why any existing client may have a price change is if the weight is significantly more than what was originally told to me. If this is the case, the price will stay the same for that appointment but i will give you a heads up for the next appointment. 🗓️
Prices, for existing clients, may be lowered as well if pups weight is significantly under what was originally told to me. Prices may also be lowered if your pup loses weight at any time. ❤️
I price my pups in weight intervals.. so if it falls into the next interval, that’s when the price would be different.
I also made a brand new price list. Pretty much all pricing has been changed. This list will be posted some point in the next few days. 🏷️
Pricing for existing clients may change, as far as weight, & also if you have a double coated pup. I have realized I have not been charging accurately for double coated dogs. 🐕 Not everyone’s price with a double coated dog will change.
Im trying to be transparent, because that’s what I would want from anyone. I do want to be very graceful to people but also fair. I just ask that you be patient with me as I navigate owning a business. 🫶 I have been in this business for close to 20 years, working in different states, & Ive wondered for a long time about how I would run my business… going back and fourth about things… so I’m really trying to solidify everything.. yet also be fair to the client & myself. 📈
Once next season is over, I may stop taking clients…as I want to stay loyal to you all & never leave a family member behind. 🐶
I’m not exactly sure if I will ever own a shop or go mobile.. have employees or not.. but I do know that I want to stay loyal to everyone who is loyal to me… no matter what. Thank you 🙏
